Return and Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unused and in its original un-marked packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@floodstop.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. For all returns, the buyer will be liable for return costs and carries liability for any possible courier losses or damages to the product during the return process.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt of goods and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
If you have made an error in your purchase, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is evaluated and accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return item, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the refund amount to the buyer will be less any financial institution and processing fees. Flood Stop Shop will at their discretion elect to provide either a store credit or monetary payment to the customer for the returned item. Any monetary payment will be provided through the payment platform used for the original purchase. Please remember it can take some time for your financial institution to process and send the refund to you.
